The following terms exclusively govern sales made through the MUVIRAU website.
These conditions apply to consumers who have full legal capacity and govern all orders placed on this site.
MUVIRAU is not the manufacturer of the goods sold. The characteristics (photos, descriptions, etc.) come from supplier information. However, MUVIRAU ensures compliance with quality and manufacturing standards.
If a product or its characteristics do not match the item received, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Ordering

You can add products to your cart by clicking “Add to cart.” You can confirm your order at any time by clicking “Checkout.”
Contract Validation
When you click “Checkout,” a confirmation page summarizes your selected products and options. You can update quantities, remove items, or proceed by checking “I accept the TCS” and “Secure Payment.”
Ensure all order details are correct, especially your delivery address and contact information. If everything is correct, click “Continue to shipping method,” then “Continue to payment method,” and finally “Place order.”
After payment on our secure server, an acknowledgment of receipt will appear, confirming that your order has been recorded. A confirmation email will follow shortly.
In case of product unavailability, we reserve the right to refuse large quantity orders (over 100 units).

We store contracts, order forms, and invoices on a reliable and durable medium.
You may request a copy for any order amounting to €120 or more.

Products remain the property of MUVIRAU until full payment is received via Stripe.
Prices and offers are valid as long as they are displayed online and while stocks last.

In the event of a dispute, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
